ABOUT PLUCK WORKS

Justine Adelizzi is the founder of Pluck Works. She is a strategic communication advisor, award-winning speechwriter, and executive coach.

With more than 15 years of experience, Justine has led high-stakes communication for executives across technology, healthcare, finance, and the public sector. Her work has been delivered on major stages—including the National Press Club, SXSW, and the Aspen Ideas Festival—and featured multiple times in Vital Speeches of the Day. She is a two-time Cicero Speechwriting Award winner.

Previously, Justine managed executive communications for the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and served as a speechwriter at the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration.

A trusted sparring partner to leaders, Justine brings her pluck to every engagement—blending candor and warmth with incisive questions and strategic insight.
